Career Field workers and centers

Our Field Workers to distribute Exposure to Opportunities (X2O) and the Career Maker Products are trained in Tlokwe, Ikageng, Potschefstroom with support from NWU Prof Japie Kroon, Touching Africa and NWU Community development trust.

Distribution Center operators are also trained at the same centers and teams. They learn by doing while they earn from related products and services.

  • Comprehensive life skills and orientation (NWU and with PIBSpeex)
  • Study and work ready five core proficiency (NWU and readiness with PIBSpeex)
  • Dictionaries (Reading and language skills – Pearson dictionaries and web sites)
  • Matric bridging (NWU supervised and with teachers and schools)
  • Career and business ready (Careerdevelopmentplans)

  • Car drivers license  (TMI and free web sites)
  • Broadband and computers (Saftronics)
  • Information and Marker research (NWU and Reserach Logistics)
  • Web supported business systems (Shops, BLOGS, etc.) (Tribecentric)

  • Web reputation management systems
  • Main centers to deliver X2O and career maker and all the above
  • Street level centers

Our training teams with their local movable equipped centers are growing rapidly!

30 people at various levels of experience and growing with investors like ABSA bank and other corporate companies.

We get projects from Corporate s (e. g. ABSA bank) to train more Field agents for people to join the mainstream economy, create businesses and jobs

People are signed-up with local community leaders on WWW.connect.careerdevelopmentplan.net, Linkedin, gmail, etc.

We are now active in many areas in South Africa and we are expanding rapidly.

The movable centers train on a long list of items including:

  • Career choice, measurements and gaps bridged to access
  • They earn while they learn – urgency is created

  • financial skills
  • Selected specific vocations
  • ICDL skills
  • Work access and EXPOSURE

We work with local leaders, businesses and NWU Potschefstroom where all agents are trained.
